Staff were absolutely amazing, making check-in a breeze. The room was quiet, bright, and had a great ocean view from the balcony. The hot water and good water pressure in the shower were perfect after a long drive. The beds were comfortable, and the included Continental breakfast was top-notch with a variety of delicious options. The service was exceptional and at a great price compared to other places in town. The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute stroll to the beach/park and a short walk to the shopping center. The pool area was a great place to unwind with the kids, and there were plenty of tables/chairs and even a large communal fridge for drinks/snacks. it was a fantastic weekend getaway and we can't wait to stay here again!

Great location, we were not far from the beach area and the shopping area, and local shops. The room was kept clean and available with good view and coffee, for instance.

Thank you for a superb stay. The stuff is fantastic here, the services are exceptional, and location is awesome very close to shopping centre and supermarket and parkrun and restaurant good. Delicious food options are available for continental breakfast. Having climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in our amazingly comfortable room.

The restaurant was closed over the weekend, but the room service food was good. The wall AC efficiently kept us cool in 40c weather. Late check-in and late checkout were handled efficiently. Our unit had a direct seaview over the beach. Adequate milk and biscuits provided for tea and coffee.

The location was good.

We arrived after dark and had great difficulty seeing the hotel as we drove by. It took us 45 minutes of circling and asking at gas station, another hotel nearby, etc. - very frustrating as we had been driving for 9 hours. I suggest they improve their signage from the ocean road.

Attentive Service and Delicious Meals

We arrived early and were warmly greeted by the front desk. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Later, when we dined at the restaurant, the wait staff provided exceptional service. Our meals were prompt, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel for its attentive service and delightful dining experience.

The hotel staff was a bit slow.

This hotel offers rooms with an excellent view of the ocean across the road. The location on top of the hill provides stunning views of the beach. The staff are super friendly and the basic amenities are provided.

The room although classed as non smoking reeked of smoke because people are allowed to smoke directly outside the rooms and the smoke blows in through the ventilation in the bathroom and under the door. The sheets and the bedspread smelt of smoke also. The cost of the room was exorbitant for the standard of the furnishings. I would rate the standard as a two star motel.

Great Price & Amazing Breakfast

Stayed here over Easter weekend & it was a wonderful experience. The value for money was unbeatable, especially with the complimentary breakfast buffet. Location was fantastic, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The pool area was clean and well-maintained.

The rooms were old-fashioned and could use some upgrades. Wi-Fi connection was intermittent and slow, which was a bit frustrating.
